Broadly speaking, we offer the following support packages:

Interim and Crisis Management

We support services by providing interim managers to cover long-term illness or to cover a vacant position whilst recruiting.

Our crisis management team supports services that are facing challenges, especially regulatory issues.  The team can consist of one to six consultants to focus on different areas concurrently.  We are a ‘hands on’ team and aim to change and embed processes and practices by working alongside your staff.

We also have personnel who are prepared to be the Nominated Individual for your service/s.


Regulatory / Enforcement / Registration

We support services to address CQC regulatory and compliance challenges, including enforcement action. Our team will support with warning notices, conditions to registration and a notice of proposal.


Mock Inspections and Audits

We support services by undertaking mock inspections and focused audits. We can help with all aspects of your quality assurance and governance processes.

We can provide you with a ‘one off’ service or support on a regular basis.

We support services to continuously learn and improve outcomes for the people who use your service.


Mentorship, coaching and training

Aimed predominantly at Managers, Nominated Individuals and Providers, we provide focused support to ensure that people understand their regulatory responsibilities.

Where services utilise our other packages, we can provide face-to-face mandatory training for the team.


Policies, procedures and documentation

Every care service needs policies, procedures and documentation that meets the needs of their service. Whether you require one specific policy or a whole set, we can help.

We can also provide you with audits, care and nurse competency assessments; and anything related to care services.


How much do the services cost?

We offer an affordable solution to the challenges that you face. Our packages are tailored to your service.  We offer you service-centred support and this is priced accordingly. We are competitively priced and do not charge you for extras that you do not need.

Our charges are based on the size of your service and the size of the team that is required. We do not charge you extra for working with you at the weekend or unsocialable hours.
